Yes it would be a good idea to change the oil because all engine have gas in the oil as part of the combustion process but if the injector has a problem it can dump too much gas which needs to be fixed before allowing the engine to run. F-150 I have a 2007 model with 25,000 miles and inadvertently not timely change oil change and worsen motor to sound, was diagnosed motor repair and complete repair and the vehicle in cold works fine but when it reaches normal temperature operating the engine begins to sound and becomes unstable, if it works well but is accelerating in stop or traffic lights, the problem becomes.
