Try this.
Use the down button to move the driver door glass down. ( Do not use the auto mode, ie only press on switch lightly as if you are manually lowering the glass and when glass reaches bottom, hold the switch for 5 seconds.
Repeat the process by raising the door glass to top and hold.
Wait 10 seconds.
Turn ignition off.
Wait 10 seconds. Turn igition switch on and test the auto function.

If othere windows have auto donw function, repeat above for each door.

If the above fails, you would need a scan tool to reset the body control module.

If you leave the problem as it is, the Body control Module would reset itself after some time but it might tajke a day or so.
