Axle is in perfect shape but when I stop then go.

Axle is in perfect shape but when I stop then go it sounds like it has a lot of free play I jacked up the car and moved the wheel forwards and backwards and it has An excessive clicking sound any ideas? Car was in previous crash

Yes if it is clicking that indicates worn joint checper to replce axle with rebuilt unit
