2012 Ford Focus tyre

Just had 2new front tyres put on. The fitter said the toe on one of the tyres needed adjustment and said it would cost between 30-40 pounds.
would this be a fair price and is this a big issue for the tyre?

Oe is the fast way to wear a tire out so if it's off get an alignment. This being a U.S. Site we have no idea what prices are in UK so check around
