Not cranking and hazards are turning on by themselves

Hello, I have replaced the starter, battery, crank shaft sensor and still no crank. My new battery is now dead as well. My car has been sitting for 3 months since the new battery it does power up when I put cables on but the battery dies when I take the cables off. The car itself isn’t cranking over but I get a different noise than usual when trying to start. Also when I turn the key trying to start a couple times the hazards come on by themselves.

Hi,

The first thing you need to do is fully charge the battery Now, can you describe what sounds differently when you try to crank it? Is the engine turning? Is there a grinding or any noise you can describe? Is it possible for you to record it cranking with your phone and upload it for me to hear?
