The wiper fluid stopped coming out when I called on it. So I thought it was out of fluid, I added water but it still doesnt work. Is there a pump to be concerned about. Or a fuse?

First, you should not use water in the system as even temperatures near freezing can cause damage to the system. There is a wiper fluid pump that you should be able to hear when you turn the switch for the fluid on. If you pull off the fuse cover there is a diagram on the inside of the cover that gives the pacement and description of each fuse so you can find correct fuse. Just replace it if there is question as sometimes they may look okay but have failed.
