I had my driver's side mirror repainted a month and a half ago...

My driver's side mirror was repainted a month and a half ago. All of a sudden I see small cracks in the paint, what looks like a minor scratch, and a little "fish eye" shaped black spot. Does this mean that something hit the car (I don't know how that could be) or could it be a poor paint job showing a month and a half later? Or can it not be determined?

Without seeing its really hard to say take it to a body shop and ask them to take a quick look at it.
