2011 GMC Sierra 12 Volt power outlets

Both dashboard power outlets don't work replaced fuse #16 on dash fuse panel and # 53 in engine compartment fuse box. The drivers side is now working but passenger side is still out and all the fuses appear good.

I haven't checked your wiring diagram, yet, for that system. Did you check for voltage at the fuse circuit? Even if the fuses are good, if no voltage on the fuse circuit, the circuit is still dead.
