could you tell me how many cam followers would be in my car which is a 1.2 zetec and how easy it would be to replace, the engine warning light is on when I switch on the ignition, the light is amber at the moment

Scan for codes and check fuelpressure first. In u.S we only have 1.6 L but yours is probably the same there are 16 vavle tappets however the cam may be damaged as well so have this checked first.
