Does this truck have Engine Coolant Temperature sensor and a Cylinder Head Temperature sensor?

I have the truck listed above (Ecoboost). I’m trying to figure out if this engine has an Engine Coolant Temperature sensor and a Cylinder Head Temperature sensor. I’m getting conflicting answers from Ford dealers when trying to order the part. If there’s a sensor location diagram for this particular motor, that would be extremely helpful!

There is only the engine cylinder head temperature sensor, I went over the engine wiring diagrams to be sure. here is the location so you can change it out and a clip of the engine wiring diagrams showing the sensor. They couldn't have put it in a better place lol, it is in the rear of the passenger's side cylinder head. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
