2011 Chrysler Town and Country Starter Circuit

Hi. I install interlock and gps devices which have starter kill circuits. I have an appointment coming up for a 2011 Town and Country and I don't think this will be an easy one. If I recall correctly, this vehicle has a wireless ignition switch, in that it doesn't send the typical 12v signals as the key is turned.

Do you know if there is a wire under the dash would trigger a relay under the hood for the starter circuit? I don't need to know about the ignition, as I'm not trying to start the engine. I just want to stop the starter from turning over the engine when the factory key is used.

Thanks in advance. Steve

I would be extremely carefull with this. You could disrupt the security system and cause issues with the bcm.

Why dont you call the service manager at a dealer for his input as he should be educated on this system.

Thanks for the reply Roy. You wouldn't happen to have access to any wiring diagrams of the starter circuit that I could look at would you? Like for example what the wiring pin out of the starter relay would be?
