The dealer is unable to fix, cant figure out what is wrong with this car. It was bought new, now has 14000 mile on it. When you get to approx. 30 mph the front end feels as if the front right tire is wobbling or something, feels like a warped rim. They have replaced the tires twice, the wheels have also been replaced. After 6th visit to dealer they said and put in the service records that the car drives as designed, now NO OTHER GM dealer will even attempt to look at car. I carried it to a front end specialist today, they drove the car, felt the problem. They checked the alignment and then did a Road Force balance, everything checked out great. They inspected everything in the front end and couldn't find anything loose or damaged. They had no clue what was causing the problem either. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

In owners manual is a 800 number call this ask for a meeting with GM service Rep at that dealship to go over problem. Next check with yous states comsumer protection law in reguards "Lemon Law" after that many trips to service without correction may be able to give car back and get all money paid.

Thanks Docfixit, actually already have involved customer care with no satisfaction. They only tell me that the dealer says car drives as designed. I have also already retained an attorney under lemon law, he is taking on GM on the fact they aren't honoring the warranty, think he called it BREACH OF WARRANTY. GM has made us a couple offers, the latest being $3500 cash for our time and trouble and to extend the warranty another 36K miles, but its no good if they cant fix it. I would be happy if the car was fixed. Attorney said it could take up to two years to reach a full refund settlement. Paid cash for the car when new, want it fixed or replaced. Just looking to see if anyone else has had a similar problem and found a resolution. Again Thank You for the reply
