Can't really hear it here; maybe if I step outside. If the noise will occur while the car is not moving, the common suspects are a serpentine belt idler pulley and the power steering pump. You can identify the cause with a stethoscope. If you only hear the noise when the car is moving it is most likely a noisy front wheel bearing. That is also identified easiest with a stethoscope while running the car in gear on a hoist. Listen next to each one. One will sound a little rough but the noisy one will be a lot louder. Sometimes you can also find which bearing is noisy by rotating the tire by hand and feeling the vibration in the coil spring.
