I am getting the infamous turn signal rapid blink?

Hi,

I have the vehicle listed above 328i xdrive sedan, bought it with 108k miles recently. I noticed I'm getting the infamous turn signal rapid blink. I went into the driver's front wheel fender, accessed the panel, and took out the bulb assembly. Bulb and assembly look fine, but after looking at a YouTube video, I noticed that the white disc the copper leads from the bulb assembly needs to go into is missing. Does anybody know what the part number is for this white disc? I've attached an image from the video as a reference.

To get that part you will need to get the lens housing, I don't think they sell that part separately. I am not sure what that image is, this is what they show us for the blinker bulb replacement.
