When I switch on the heated rear window - it affects the quality of the radio. On two occasions the radio has entered "seek mode" as it is unable to pick up what is normally a strong radio signal.

Wondering - rear window was removed by dealer and replaced following water ingress into the boot - any wires around this area that could be affected?

Yes there is a coaxle cable behinde the c pillar that may have not been plugged in correctly, also check the strips and make sure none of them have been scratched by accident? Either way you should take it back to have it looked at.
