Hey Team,

I have recently purchased a Toyota corolla 2010.
The engine became overheated because of the improper connection of coolant pipe.
Luckily the car stopped I have noticed the overheating to which I responded properly and connected the pipe and fill the water in Coolant.
After this I drove the car and it appears to be normal.
My question is that what would be the possible consequences for this to my engine?
Kindly guide me

The most that can happen is it will need a head gsket in the future but it depends on how hot it got when it got overheated first. Which we can't tell.
