is it ok to use 10-30W standard l oil in my 2010 4cyl Camry?

No, that is not approved by the manufacturer.
Here is what is approved
Engine Oil Type
GRADE ILSAC multigrade engine oil
VISCOSITY SAE 0W-20
*If SAE 0W-20 is not available, SAE 5W-20 may be used. However, it must be replaced with SAE 0W-20 at the next oil change.
