Figure out when the rattle happens. You need to be able to make it happen consistently. Does it happen when you are driving at a particular speed, in a specific gear, on a specific road, etc?
You might have a wheel bearing that is going bad, but that is not too likely since it has low miles.
Another thing you can do is try to drive it near a concrete divider on a road and roll the window down to listen. This can help you pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

Its not a wheelbearing noise that I know for a fact I first thought its the exhaust that was touching but on inspection I found it in order the tok tok sounds like that so it must be something touching somewhere maybe but its hard to find what it is and it happens only on a uneven road then for the rattle noise in the inside of car that happens often and sounds from the left back corner inside I removed seats stil it is there spare wheel taken out stil same seatbelt hook in panel I hold it with a ragg still noise

I would inspect all of the suspension components. Sometimes these can cause this type of problem. Another thing to do is have your wheels balanced. If they are out of balance it can cause some of these types of things.

I would say its not wheelbalancing cause the car is in slow motion 20 to 40 kmp hour so the wheels turn very slow and the tok tok goese less the faster u drive just rattel inside car same no matter what speed I just thought maybe u came along a simmilar fault like these to advise where to look specific but seems no joy this is just a matter of having isolating section for section to pinpoint the exact spot
