Does the rpms go up without the car moving?ANy troubl;e codes in the computer?

Nope, it stays on 0 mph on the odometer

What do you mean 0mph on the odometer?Iam asking about the tach which is engine rpms not speed. You already said it wont go over 5 mph. Also any codes in the computer?
