Check engine light

Ive got a 2010 ram. The check engine light came on this morning. Still runs well. I know its not the gas cap. I got gas after the fact. I believe the MDS isnt kicking in. It'll run on four cylinders when it doesnt need all eight and the "ECO" light isnt comming on.
