I am doing a power steering delete on my 2004 chrysler concorde limited. How do I install an idler pulley so I can keep the same belt running from the crankshaft pulley to the alternator pulley to the power steering delete idler pulley?

Power steering delete? I have no idea what you expect to do here. You cannot simply remove a PS pump and continue to use a power rack and pinion. They didn't make the car without power steering so it can't be done.

I believe you have the 2.7 L engine. If you wish to remove the power steering pump, the steering would not be easy to handle when vehicle is stationary.

Replace the idler pulley with a V-grove and a shorter belt would do.
