2010 Acura TL with Smart key and tech

I just had a remote start installed by best buy and 4 days later the car started acting up the after starting the car with the key fob or the push button on the dash the driver head light doesn't come on, the drivers fog light doesn't come on the drivers turn signal stays on without the lever being down and the heat doesnt work this all happens intermittently it's happened about 6 times in the last 3 days do you think I should gave it looked at by the dealer to make sure nothing is shorted in the computer of the car

Return it to where the work was done. Based on your description, it sounds like they (best buy) screwed up a ground. If you take it to the dealer, they will blame best buy and you will end up with a bill.

That's awesome cause best buys installer told me nothings wrong after he shook a wire and banged his hand on the headlight that was the extent of his trouble shooting so I guess I'm screwed

That's crazy! Speak with the manager at the store. Explaine the problem started after the install and you feel it is related to the system. If they can't fix it, you want your money back and the system removed. If they argue the point, then you need to have a dealer check what they did to prove they are in the wrong.

Yea that's what I'm trying to do now the manager seemed about as bright as the installer and also told me if he takes it out he's not going to refund the install and the other best buy that's nearby basically told me don't worry about it just call off work again and bring it in on the 17th of Jan which I guess is better than the first date of the22 these people r nuts I wish I could post the video I have of what this car is doing
