2009 Saturn Vue Hybrid instrument light

Light just came on service hybrid system. Does this mean something is wrong, or just a routine thing to look things over? Gauges, charging, are all good and runs great I can't see or feel no change. If something has to be check is necessary to bring it to the money man?

Hello,

This light come on when there is an imbalance of the gas and electric motor kind of like a check engine light for regular cars. It is probably a shaft speeds sensor that has gone out. Try reading the codes here is a guide hat will help you.
