Hello I really need help my car been fill up with snow due to a huge snowstorm (we did our best to remove all the snow that build up in it) and what happen is that the radiator fan had ice and snow in and we removed it all. But now its touching the side of the plastic and doesnt turn properly, and also when I started it a day before to heat the motor and melt the snow there was a burning smell coming from the right side of the car I guess its due to the snow in the car what should I do and shouldnt do, thank you for your help

Try to get as much snow a possible out of around the fans. The fan may be your burning smell and is now burnt also look at it while its' running. I tmay be just the car heating up as well. Make sure there is no ice in hoses including heater hoses you can squeeze them to tell if there is then run for a bit then shut off then run again about a half hour later. Then check strength of antifreeze.
