Does automatic gearbox has a filter fluid and if so when do I have to change it?

It's not really a filter. It's a screen and it should never require replacement if the fluid is kept in good condition. I would recommend using a machine that replaces all the fluid about every 50K. Just make sure you use the correct fluid for your vehicle. That's not a vehicle we have in the states so I can't get any specific specs for you.
