Where is the camshaft position sensor located?

Need replace the camshaft position sensor and want to know where it is located.
The truck listed above is a 2500.

Sure, the camshaft position sensor is located at the front of the engine on the timing chain cover, here is the exact location. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

I found it but about 3 to four inches of wiring is gone. i think a squirrel got in there and tore it apart. i need a new connector and wires so I can run them back and splice them in.
