Replacing engine and transmission from 09 F-crwon vic to F-Crown vic 2006

Can I used from 2009 crown Victoria engine and transmission to put it on the crown Victoria 2006. I know for a fact that the transmutation is different; however, I was thinking that if I put the same engine and transmission from 2009 and put it on the 2006 if it work?

The engine is different cant tell you how its different dont have any info on if the transmission is different or not.
