Engine light came on, had code read and it is P2004 Intake manifold Runner Control Stuck open Bank 1. Is this major? Can I replace it? Is it a dealer Item? How much does the part cost?

I never say this, but I feel this is a dealer repair. There could be 20 different things causing the light to come on. The only way to identify the cause is to go through a long lists of tests which require special equipment.
