HVAC blows air everywhere except dash vents?

I thought it was the mode actuator but if that was the case why are the back vents blowing?

Yep, this happens when the mode blend door actuator goes out here is the location so you can replace the unit to fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
