After driven constantly 3 days of back and forth (Xmas shopping) with hours of the car being park (in parking lot and of course overnight at home) I've notice that the engine oil goes low

Hello,

The engine loose oil due to a leak or excessive oil consumption due to internal engine defects.

First check to see if there is any leak. Usually if the oil leak is excessive, you will have oil drop under the vehicle. One of the common leaks are from the oil pan gasket and the crank seal.

Here is a helpful guide on oil leaks:

Bad piston rings, faulty gaskets can cause the engine to burn oil.
When an engine burns oil you will typically see blue smoke out of the tailpipes.
Are you noticing any smoke?

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
