There is a screw inside where the top of the seat belt goes into the side and it rattles as I drive. Is there a way to get it out? Thanks for you help.

The side of the seat or the door pillar? Screws can be unscrewed or tightened.

Inside the door pillar. I can't get to the screw or else I would have removed it.

Remove the plastic trim cover. There should be a screw holding it in. You'll need to move the seat all the way forward. You'll probably also have to remove the door sill plate, first.
