This isn't a dedicated code. However, it relates to a "Hybrid Vehicle" (HV), powertrain control module (PCM).

A non dedicated code basically means it is generic and is used to indicate there a general problem in the system itself. From this point, further evaluations need done. A dealer can identify if there are codes which follow such as a 163, 164, 511, 512. I hate to say it, but I would recommend this is taken to a Toyota dealer for diagnosis. Somewhere in the electronic control unit (ECU) there is a fault. If any of the aforementioned codes are present, the HV control ECU will need replaced.

If you have other questions, let me know and I'll do my best to help.
