AC and heater fan takes awhile to blow air
2008 TOYOTA CAMRY
AC and heater fan takes awhile to blow air. Making rattling noise. Sounds like alternator but not sure. Could it be alternator?

It may just be the blower motor. It is located under dash passenger side.
