Vehicle squeaking

I could not avoid what was left of a tire rubber in the road and had to run over it. My car now squeaks when I drive over a dip or bumb in the road. What could be the problem.

It's really hard to say without going under the car to see what happened from running over the tire rubber. That's where I would start by getting under the car and having a good look. Let me know what you find. Could just be a dry bushing.
