I was driving along lost a little power then white smoke started bellowing out the exhaust the enginge red lined then I pulled ovet and switched it off tried starting again after a few minutes the same thing happened again.

White smoke is a sign of burning coolant. Typically that's due to a leaking cylinder head gasket, but it could also be due to a leaking turbocharger. I'm not familiar with your turbocharger, but if it's cooled with engine coolant, a leaking seal is a good possibility.
