There is water leaking from the exhaust. This is from the tail pipe but have to bend down and check to see water dripping, is this common in winter? The muffler seems to be corroded also.

Dripping water is a byproduct of the catalytic converter doing its job. Mufflers usually have drain holes at the rear to let that water escape. The exception is if you're losing engine coolant. That's a sign of a leaking head gasket but you'll usually see white smoke from the tail pipe too.
