Brake warning light

Brake warning light remains lit and chime continues after parking brake disengaged. Had it checked 3 times, they changed the swtich, and it continues to chime and blink. What else could be wrong? 2008 Hyundai Entourage

There has to be a short in the wiring to the switch. If you disconnect the switch and is still stays on, run a jumper between the two wires that go to the switch. IF the light still remains on, the problem is before the switch (short).
