2008 honda civic sedan auto trans. Engine vibration under light acceleration from 40 thru 50 mph.51000 trouble free miles with all scheduled maintenance up to date. All scheduled maintenance up to date. No engine malfunction light. New tires and balance is good.

Check motor mounts. Two people. Raise hood. Stand next to car. Engine running. Parking brake set. Foot on brake pedal, firmly. Trans in Drive. Helper taps the accelerator. Watcher looks for engine movement.
