Code p1336?

I got code p1336 when im look it up its say crankshaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor , what is the difference between those 2 sensors ? How to know which one need to be replaced ?

it's both crank and cam sensor are erratic it can be a shorted wire, bad sensors or bad connections. it can also be a base engine problem.
