My Edge shudders under acceleration only when cold. (First 4 or 5 miles).

Occurs both when turning or driving straight line. Does not feel like engine miss, feels more like a severe out of balance tire. Does not seem to come from either side. After 4 or 5 miles does not occur even under heavy acceleration. No warning lights are on or blink when problem occurs.

sounds like the trans. have it checked. when did you service the trans??
