When I am coasting average speed and go to slow down and then speed back up slightly (seems most common around 40-45 mph) the car will vibrate in the front end. If I give it gas it pulls out of it. The vibration almost feels and sounds similar to hitting a rumble strip.

Does the engine do it when youre sitting still and rev it to the same rpms as if you were going 40 to 45? Sit in the driveway and rev it up slowly to see if it vibrates at some point. If not, you've probably got a transmission issue, front differential, or driveline problem like worn joints or motor/transmission mounts. If it does, you might have a worn out waterpump or fan clutch that vibrates at that certain rpms
