Door will not open?

I just replaced the door handle on the rear driver side door. Once completed, the door open and shuts perfectly. Then, when I press the power lock and unlock button on the driver's door, the door will not open and stays permanently lock. What is the issue? Could it be the actuator?

It may have a rod clip broken or fallen off when you replaced the handle. Take off door panel and seif there is alooserod/broken clip there.

My door jammed up over the weekend. And now I can't open the door from the outside or the inside? How can I get my door to open?

You'll hav eto pull the door panel off from inside snd see if clips are broken to rods. You can pull on rod to unlatch so door willopen.
