Engine sounds like a waterfall

I am suddenly getting noise under the body of car. Its like gurgling. Something like water is poured on a plastic plate from arm height. What might be the reason. Please help me

This may be air trapped in the heater core, have you noticed any coolant loss?
Have the cooling system pressure tested and if ok, have the cooling system flushed and bleed of air, start here.
