You may have a blown head gasket if it overheated. You need a shop to do a leak down test on the cylinders.

A Mechanic recommend me to run pressure test on each cylinder by connecting a hose to the spark socket and pressurized up tp 30 psi, if the cylinder is damage air will come out through the radiator. What do you think? Unfortunate we have not shops near by to run a leak down test.
