when i start my truck the dash board and gauges don't come on.

none of the gauges respond, after it is driven a few miles and i turn it off the gauges work.

it sounds like the cluster has either a bad connection in the back or it is failing and may need replacing. have it check at a shop with a scan tool that can check for codes in the ipc.
