Cooling fans

On my 2008 chevy malibu LT the radiator fans turn on immidiatly after starting car. Then the temp guage stays at cold and the A. C blows hot air. All these problems started at the same time

The first thing I would check is your coolant temp sensor and wiring going to it. You Probably have codes in your computer go to a auto parts store like auto zone and have them scan it for codes and let me know the exact code numbers not the code descriptions. If the coolant sensor is shorted it will tell the computer the engine is hot, the computer will then not let the A/C turn on and will run the fans
