Where is the low pressure port for Freon?

Hello,
The low side charge port is on the accumulator near the firewall on the passenger's side. There is a diagram below.
This video will show you how to charge it.

If it does not have a charge you should take it to a pro to fix, as it will get hot out and leak out again and cause other problems like freeze ups, etc.
