2008 Cadillac Escalade EXT Headlight troubleshooting

A few weeks ago, I noticed the headlights on my escalade were very very dim. The bulbs are working fine however it seems very low in power.

First check battery for condition including load test and make sure terminals are clean. Then if belt and tensioner haven'tbeen replaced in 60k then do it as that may be the problem. Then clean ground body to battery
