2007 Volvo S60 Rough idle

I just changed the oil on my 2007 Volvo S60 the other day. When the car is running and in park, it sounds as if the engine is going to stall and then revs back up again. The car never stalls but sounds like there is a vacuum leak somewhere. Is this accurate or is there something larger wrong? Also. I live in Atlanta and I am driving to Florida near Destin this weekend. Is it safe for me to drive that distance with this issue?

Does the engine run/perform any different when driving or only at idle? I wouldn't drive it if it's running poorly. Press & release the brake pedal several times. Does the engine stumble when pressing the brake pedal?
Is there a check engine light or service engine soon warning light on? If so, have the vehicle scanned for fault codes.
