I have a 2007 golf, it passed national car test recent enough, got a service off dealer when I bought it, late 2010. She's just beyond the 70,000km mark now. Worried re. Oil. How do I know if it's the long life service job or the normal one? Can I top oil up? Is it vw 504 00 or the vw 501 01? It says at 60,000 km it should get the haldex coupling oil changed/ 4 motion, dust and pollen insert to be replaced and spark plugs to be replaced. I may be as well to get her done professionally? As a rookie I could make a mess of it. I would appreciate any advice?

Have it done at a VW dealer, especially if you are concerned about you skill level.
